The Student Handwritten Sheets (Multi-question) feature allows teachers to scan and grade multiple questions on one handwritten sheet using laptop camera, document camera, or phone camera. Teachers can print sheets with designated answer boxes, have students answer one question per box, and scan the completed sheets directly from the assessment grading screen.
This article covers assessment setup, printing student sheets, camera recommendations, activating the assessment, and scanning completed sheets.

3. Recommended Camera Setup
Camera quality and positioning are important for accurate sheet capture and processing.
Camera requirements
- Recommended quality: A camera capable of recording in 4K resolution or better.
- Many newer document cameras and smartphones meet this recommendation.
- Built-in laptop cameras vary in quality and may not provide sufficient resolution.
Recommended setup
For the best results:
- Place the completed sheets flat on a desk or other stable surface.
- Position a document camera or smartphone camera directly above the sheets.
- Adjust the lighting to minimize shadows and glare.
- Keep the camera steady and ensure the entire sheet is visible.
If possible, avoid holding sheets up to a laptop camera. Shaking, perspective distortion, and skew can interfere with sheet processing.
