Note: This list only includes makes/models that our support team has encountered. Many cameras work that are not on this list and some that are on the "do not work" list may begin working with driver updates. Please share any additional information you have!

Why do some cameras not work with ALL In Learning?
Most companies follow the computer hardware industry's USB Video Compliance (UVC) standards. Similar standards exist for printers, monitors, mice, etc. However, some manufacturers do not and choose to work only with their proprietary software.
CAMERAS KNOWN TO WORK:
"Web Cams" - All cameras marketed with the description "web cam" adhere to UVC standards and are viewable in ALL In Learning to date, but note that some low-budget or older models have been too low-quality (grainy, blurry, low-light-intolerant).
AverMedia - With updated drivers. Also, some models produce a backward image until you install their AVer+ software: http://www.averusa.com/presentation/averplus-software.asp
Elmo MO-1 - The only Elmo camera confirmed by users to work with ALL In Learning thus far is the MO-1. Elmo's website says that the TT-12i is UVC compliant so it should work but no users have yet reported. All other Elmo models at this time are assumed NOT to work with ALL In Learning. See "Elmo" in the "Cameras That DO NOT Work" section below for more information.

Hovercam (Newer Models) - Some older Hovercams produce an image that is too grainy to use for bubble sheet grading. Newer ones seem to work, but we have not been able to capture exact model information. (Let us know if your model works!) ALL In Learning Support has been working with Hovercam developers to find a solution for the problem models but none has been found to date, to our knowledge.

iPevo - Note: Make sure your iPevo software is up to date!
Lumens Ladibug (All except the DC190 - see below) - Reported to work as long as the driver is up to date: Ladibug_PC_2.0.2_and_V2_7.2.1_Setup.zip
Mimeo - These cameras usually come with software that runs in the background and will not share the camera with ALL In Learning software. The Mimio software must be exited to allow it to work. To do this, look in your System Tray (bottom right of your screen), find the Mimio Studio icon (may be hidden under an up-arrow you have to click), right-click it, and choose "Exit."
Qomo HiteVision QD700 - Reported to work in Firefox and Safari but oddly not in Chrome, probably due to Chrome's integrated Flash player version, whereas other browsers can get independent Flash updates. Please update us if you find it is now working.

CAMERAS KNOWN TO NOT WORK:
Elmo (Most Models) - No Elmo models are known to work to this date EXCEPT for the newer Elmo MO-1. Elmo's support site states that the TT-12i is UVC compliant and so it should work, though no users have reported this back to us. To our knowledge, all previous models are restricted for use with Elmo's proprietary software (including the TT-12[with not numbers behind it]) and will not share the video feed to the computer's other applications unless Elmo creates a new driver or firmware upgrade that enables this. We recommend you check Elmo's site for the newest updates to your camera.
HoverCam (Older Models) - Note: Some older Hovercams produce an image that is too grainy to use for bubble sheet grading. ALL In Learning Support has been working with Hovercam developers to find a solution for the problem models but none has been found to date.
Lumens Ladibug DC190 - To this date, all Ladibugs except the DC190 have worked as long as the driver is up to date. It is possible that a driver update can make the DC190 work, but we haven't yet been able to confirm this as being the case.
Promethean Actiview AV322 - NOTE: (Unconfirmed Report) One user reports that this camera worked after updating the drivers from this link: http://www.prometheanplanet.com/en-us/Support/SearchProductFiles.aspx?ProductsIDs=13
Recordex - Model AFX-95 NOTE: August 2013 - The Recordex Simplicity model was demonstrated to work very well with ALL In Learning.
SMART - No SMART cameras are compatible to our knowledge, but only work with SMART's proprietary software.
