Sharing and Activating Assessments Between Teachers with an Embed Link

Share an Embed Link 

The simplest way to share a lesson/assessment with teachers is to get the Embed Link and paste it in a shared document, a shared calendar, an email, etc. 

1. Click Lessons/Assessments>My Assessments
2. Click Actions>Get Embed Link>Share with Teachers
3. Copy the embed link.

Note: Embed links are only for activating assessments. Use the Import link (below) if teachers need their own version of the assessment in the "My Assessments" list.

Activate an Embed Link

Teachers can click the link and the activation screen will open, ready to activate for a class. 

1. Copy and paste the link into the URL and press "enter"
2. Optional: Click the blue Preview button to see the assessment as the student would.
3. All the activation types are listed. Click the appropriate one
4. Click on the class(es) you want
5. Click Start for Selected Class

Note: Some activation options will be greyed out because the owner specified the activation type, or the assessment is not compatible with a certain type.
