Supported Browsers

Clickers are supported only on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. All other ALL In Learning functions are compatible with any modern browser, though Google Chrome is recommended for optimal performance.

Browser Settings 

Browser Update

For optimal integration with ALL In Learning, ensure your browser is up to date. To check for updates, follow these steps:

  1. In most browsers, click the three dots located in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Navigate to About [browser name] to verify the version and update if needed.

Clearing the cache

Sometimes cached ALL In Learning assets are different from the versions getting loaded in, causing long load times and occasionally an error (like "Whoops, we have hit a snag"). Here's how to clear your cache on Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots below the "X" on the top right
  2. Click Delete Browsing Data
  3. Select Cached images and Files
  4. Click Delete Data

Clearing cookies

Cookies are not essential for using ALL In Learning. While the cache stores site-related data, cookies store personal information. Over time, cookies can become outdated, potentially leading to browser errors. To resolve these issues, you can clear your cookies. Please note that clearing cookies will log you out of all active accounts.

Here’s how to clear cookies in Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots below the "X" on the top right
  2. Click Delete Browsing Data
  3. Select Cookes and other site data
  4. Click Delete Data

Browser Extensions

Certain browser extensions may interfere with specific features of ALL In Learning. To troubleshoot, try using the intended function in an incognito window. If the feature works in incognito mode, the issue is likely related to a browser extension rather than ALL In Learning. To resolve this, disable your extensions through the browser settings.

 

JavaScript

JavaScript is required for ALL In Learning to run. JavaScript can be turned on in your site settings. Click the button directly left of the URL to access site settings.

 

Browser Security

ALL In Learning needs to use your device's camera or sound in some scenarios. You can visit the site settings (above) to give ALL In Learning permission.
