If your lesson or assessment has questions built in, whether you imported them from PowerPoint or ExamView, built them from Item Banks, or typed them in manually, you have two options for printing.*

Printing Method 1 - The "Print Questions" Feature
The "Print Questions" feature is very quick and simple. Here are steps to use the "Print Questions" feature:

  1. Log into your ALL In Learning account.
  2. Go to the Lessons/Assessments tab.
  3. Next to your lesson, click Actions, and select "Print Questions."
  4. Your browser's print dialog will open. Choose the print options you prefer and print.

Note that because questions in ALL In Learning are also meant for display on a projector, they fall into a square format, which when printed, may leave unexpected blank space along the right side of your page which you wish to reduce, depending on your lesson's format and subject matter.

Printing Method 2 - "Export to Word"

Exporting your lesson to Word gives you more editing control within Word over how it is formatted and how it will look when printed from Word. Here are steps to export to Word:

  1. Log into your ALL In Learning account.
  2. Go to the Lessons/Assessments tab.
  3. Next to your lesson, click Actions and select "Export to Word."
  4. An exported Word file will automatically download to your browser's download location. You can open it from there, modify its appearance in Word, and print from within Word.

*Side note: If your lesson is just an answer key for scanning bubble sheets, with no actual questions entered in ALL In Learning, you'll need to attain the printed copy through other means. (Perhaps you already have a hard copy of the questions, perhaps it was emailed to you by the person who shared the key with you, or perhaps a file was attached to the key by the author in ALL In Learning.)
