Some browsers require each user to choose to allow browser plug-ins.

An alert is usually displayed for the first time in a prominent yellow bar across the top of your browser window, and ideally, you would choose to "always allow" the plugin to run. 

In some cases, especially if you have previously clicked "do not allow" or "allow this time only," the browser will minimize the alert from then on and make it harder to find. 

This is what you'll see in Chrome if the alert has been minimized:

1. You should see a small icon with a red X on the upper right. Click it. 
2. Select “Always allow plug-ins on plus.allinlearning.com.”
3. Click Done.
