Login Screen Message Stating, “Your account is currently locked”

To protect your account, ALL In Learning applies a “lockout” period after multiple failed login attempts. If you are in an account lockout because of failed login attempts, you can reset your password at any time and remove the lockout status.

To avoid having your account locked:

  • Enter your password exactly as intended, with correct capitalization and without accidental spaces.

  • If you don’t remember your password, click the “Forgot your password” link and follow the instructions to reset it.

Lockout levels

After each incorrect password attempt, you’ll see this series of escalating warnings:

  • After 1 incorrect password attempt: “Your password is invalid, please try again.”
  • After 2 failed attempts: “Your password is invalid. Your account will be locked after 3 failed login attempts. Attempts left: 1.”
  • After 3 failed attempts: “Your password is invalid. Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Please wait 5 minutes before trying to login again, or reset your password.”
  • Failed attempt after five minute lockout: “Your password is invalid. Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Please wait 15 minutes before trying to login again, or reset your password.”
  • Failed attempt after 15 minute lockout: “Your password is invalid. Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. In order to unlock your account please reset your password.”
