PC Firefox Users Keep Seeing Prompt to Install Plugin After Installing

Cause: Firefox has stopped supporting plugins and is no longer a supported browser.

As of March 7, 2017, the release of Firefox version 52 ended support for NPAPI plugins, meaning Firefox cannot be used for clickers, Engage & Learn, grading manually, or grading bubble sheets. Mozilla has stated they will release a new method for Firefox to use plugins in the future, but this hasn't been released yet.


We recommend using Google Chrome with ALL In Learning. 
Chrome has been the preferred browser for ALL In Learning users for the last 5 years, and works great!

Note to teachers in Duval County FL and Gwinnett County GA: You may need to ask your admin or IT staff for assistance in switching to Chrome due to special IT policies.
